Kollel M’haram D’Rottenberg; Special Judaic Studies Program Learning while earning Points is an extremely innovative and motivating program that Dror has implemented so brilliantly and practically. Being part of this program lifts the spirits of the inmates and gives them a sense of belonging and purpose which helps them through their time behind bars.
